Groupe 3S – Alyzia becomes Alyzia : a new identity for a renewed ambition

More than twenty years after its founding in Toulouse, Groupe 3S – Alyzia is taking a new step in its development and becomes Alyzia.

This name change is accompanied by a new visual identity, embodied by a modernized logo, reflecting a clearer, more coherent positioning focused on the future.

A story built on the synergy of expertise

Founded in Toulouse over twenty years ago, Groupe 3S initially established itself in the field of business services, particularly through industrial cleaning services.

Its growth has been built around strong values: operational excellence, close ties to the field, a family spirit, and an ability to unite expertise to meet customer needs with agility.

A strategic evolution: the acquisition of Alyzia

Almost 15 years ago, Groupe 3S decided to expand its skills by acquiring Alyzia, a historic player in airport assistance in France. This operation marked a strategic turning point for the group, which successfully combined the demands of its initial sector with those of the airport world, following a logic of complementarity and expertise enhancement.

A single brand for more clarity and coherence

Didier Montégut, Group CEO, explains that the transition from Groupe 3S – Alyzia to Alyzia responds to a clear intent:

“To clarify our image and bring all our activities together under a strong, clear, and unifying identity.

With this new name, Alyzia asserts its positioning at the crossroads of several professional expertise fields, while remaining true to its original ambition: to offer quality solutions based on industry know-how, collective performance, and sustainable commitment.

This strengthened identity now gives us the means to accelerate our international development, particularly in major export markets, where brand clarity is a strategic lever.”
