We will help you make your way through our terminals - from your arrival until you board the airplane – to ensure that your passage is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Circulation in the terminal, formalities and passing check points

We will guide you inside the terminal and help you at every check point: identity and security checks.

You have priority access
Access is reserved for you in priority at all the check points.

You keep your personal wheelchair
You can circulate in your personal wheelchair except for electric chairs or for chairs over 20 kilos, that require special operation in the hold (in this case a courtesy chair will be provided for you and you retrieve your electric wheelchair upon arrival along with your luggage).

Access to the boarding lounge and to the plane

Spaces are reserved for you to rest and relax. You may also access our shopping area.

Our games areas (Gulli areas for children, Playstation area) have been specially fitted out for children and teens in wheelchairs.

You also have reserved spaces accessible to wheelchairs in the work areas: work tables with computer and wifi access.


You may contact the assistance team responsible for helping you at any time in case of need using telephones specially provide for this purpose. When boarding, our assistance team helps you until you are seated in the airplane.

Special equipment in the terminals

Public telephone booths have been lowered.

The terminal entrance doors are indicated with white or red bands.

Conveyors and escalators are identified with yellow bands.

The incline of seats located in the terminals has been reduced to better suit people who have trouble getting up.

Waiting areas are equipped with magnetic loops for the hearing impaired with hearing aids.

Cash dispensers are wheelchair-accessible.

Toilets have been converted with the last norms which allow wheel chairs even electrical ones.

For reasons of fairness and equity in the quality of service offered, our special assistance staff do not accept tips.
