Aéroports de Paris now provides assistance for disabled and reduced mobility passengers.

What changes? You are greeted upon arrival by car, taxi or public transport and taken care of until you are comfortably seated in the airplane.

Inform us of your need for assistance at least 48 hours before your departure

To guarantee the best quality of service and reduce waiting as much as possible, it is essential to inform your airline or travel agent of your needs when you reserve your flight and at least 48 hours before the date of departure. This will enable us to best organize your reception and reduce waiting time upon arrival at the airport.
