Depending on your destination, you will require one or more essential documents so as to make the most of your flight in the best possible conditions.
Without these documents, you may be refused permission to embark or not be allowed to disembark at your final destination.

You are a French citizen
A valid identity card is enough :
- when traveling within the European Union and to Switzerland,
- for some travel destinations: Senegal, Tunisia, Turkey.
A valid passport is required for other destinations.
For travel to some countries, your passport must still be valid at least six months after entering or leaving the country:

You are a non-French citizen minor child resident in France
On returning to France, you will need to show your own Passport together with your travel document
These documents will :
- Allow you to re-enter France or cross the external border into the Schengen area,
- Prove your legal right to stay in France.
