Aéroports de Paris provides assistance for disabled and reduced mobility passengers.
Upon landing, Aéroports de Paris greets you when you disembark and, if you want to, assist you until you reach your mode of transport.
Notify your need for assistance at least 48 hours before your arrival
To guarantee the best quality of service and reduce waiting as much as possible, it is essential to inform your airline or travel agent of your needs when you reserve your flight and at least 48 hours before the date of arrival.
