Reinforced partnership between Aéroports de Paris and AELIA

Paris, September 19th 2006

As of January 1, 2007, Aéroports de Paris will hold 50% of the capital of Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire, a joint distribution subsidiary of Aéroports de Paris and AELIA, a division of Hachette Distribution Services (Groupe Lagardère).

The profits made by Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire will now be distributed equally between Aéroports de Paris and AELIA.

Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire was created in 2003 to run the alcohol, tobacco and perfume outlets in the bonded areas at Terminals 1 and 2 of Paris - Charles de Gaulle. Under the MoU that has just been signed, Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire will now also be present at all the terminals of Paris - CDG and Paris - Orly. In the long run, this company  will  also  be  running  gastronomic  outlets.  In  2005,  Société  de  Distribution Aéroportuaire's total sales before tax amounted to 163.9 million euros.

This new development is a perfect illustration of the fruitful partnership between the two companies. Aéroports de Paris contributes its unique expertise in the development of commercial  areas,  while  AELIA  provides  expert  skills  in  such  fields  as  marketing, purchases and business management. Both parties are strongly committed to setting up
the  synergies needed  to  further  improve  the  quality  of  their  offers  and  optimize  the exceptional business potential of the airport platforms in Paris.

The commercial activities (beyond the car parks) are the second source of revenue of Aéroports de Paris, which thus acts as a lessor, but also as an operator, through Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire. The corresponding prospects are bright, considering the relatively low investment. This new extension of Société de Distribution Aéroportuaire's
activities confirms Aéroports de Paris’ commitment to achieving higher integration of the commercial activities.

For AELIA, this partnership is a recognition of the skills AELIA has been developing for a great number of years and should allow it to maintain its commercial concessions at the Paris airports.
