Our check in services are available for your passengers at our Paris-Orly and Paris-CDG airports.
A tailor made service
Handling passenger flows demands special skills.
Aéroports de Paris has the right staff, trained to perfectly handle all check in procedures.
For your passenger check in needs, we offer you a choice of services suited to your sales policy :
- - Checking travel documents ;
- - Checking in passengers and their baggage ;
- - Checking in passengers catching a connecting flight at their destination ;
- - Checking in special passengers: VIPs, the disabled and Unaccompanied Minors (UMs).
The following services can be customized :
- - CLF (Common Language Facility) : the interface between CREWS/DCS (Departure Control System). Our stopover handling services were the first to implement CLF technology.
- - Uniforms worn
- - Fluency in languages, an essential skill for best handling international flights
Our staff is available from 5 am to midnight at Paris-Orly and around the clock at Paris-CDG.
Crews – a key application
The Crews software program is available to airlines, and can be accessed via 1,400 computers at Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Crews provides for :
- - Efficient sharing of check-in counters and boarding gates among various airlines,
- - Statistical data analysis, enabling airlines to optimize planning of their check-in counter needs,
- - Total integration with airline applications, thanks to CLF (Common Language Facility, an interface between Crews and airlines’ DCS – Departure Control System),
- - 24/7 availability.
Crews is available to airlines on a monthly fee basis (Aéroports de Paris has an unlimited license from Resa, the program designer).

Quality assurance
Our quality management system enables us to detect any possible shortcomings in our services and to correct them, in conjunction with our determined approach to continuous improvement.
Our ground assistance services have received ISO9001-v2000 certification (Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports) and AHM 80 4 (Paris-Charles de Gaulle).
We also perform :
- - OPS1 internal audits,
- - Internal safety audits,
- - Operational check-list inspections for each rotation in which we are involved.
- - Our on-going inspection system enables us to offer service and handling contracts, featuring performance follow-up for each of the elements which you designate as your “main performance indicators.”
- We are happy to cooperate with carriers who wish to audit our operations (OPS1, etc.). All of our operational ground assistance services are carried out according to the strictest quality standards as set by our clients.
